The process of transportation to Europe takes 7-14 days, intercontinental container shipping may take 1-2 months.

CLEARANCE OF ITEMS OF ART AND CULTURE

Если Ваш груз содержит картины, старинные книги, музыкальные инструменты, предметы старины, Вам необходимо заранее получить разрешение на их вывоз в Министерстве культуры РФ.

Мы имеем многолетний опыт сотрудничества с экспертами по культуре и готовы полностью взять на себя оформление всех необходимых документов для вывоза.

Представитель АРКО приедет к вам, сфотографирует вывозимые предметы и произведет необходимые замеры.

Мы подготовим полный пакет документов для таможенных органов, обеспечив беспрепятственный вывоз Ваших вещей.

COST OF TRANSPORTATION

Стоимость перевозки зависит от многих параметров: от объема и веса перевозимых вещей, способа отправки, расстояния.

Визит менеджера бесплатный, но, если у Вас нет возможности принять нашего специалиста, Вы можете воспользоваться системой дистанционной оценки объема АРКО и обсудить все нюансы отправки по телефону.

CARGO PACKING

Куда бы ни отправлялся груз, существенным фактором сохранности Ваших вещей является качественная упаковка.

Мы разберем Вашу мебель в и упакуем ее в защитную пленку и многослойный картон, сложим одежду или повесим ее в особые картонные гардеробы, бережно обернем каждый хрупкий предмет (посуду, сувениры) в упаковочную бумагу.

Мы используем специальные короба разных размеров для книг, дисков, картин, игрушек, белья и других вещей.

Наши упаковщики имеют многолетний опыт работы и справятся с упаковкой даже самых сложных предметов интерьера. Лампы, статуи, любые другие хрупкие объекты пакуются с начала в специальную пленку и бумагу, и лишь после этого для них формируется индивидуальный короб.

Для отдельных предметов мы производим особо прочные деревянные ящики (крейты).

После упаковки весь груз маркируется и составляется упаковочный лист. Наша система контроля качества и учета практически исключает порчу или потерю перевозимого имущества.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Важным этапом международной перевозки личных вещей является таможенное оформление, которое отличается от оформления коммерческих грузов.

Таможенное оформление личных вещей проводится как в стране отправления, так и в стране назначения.

Для успешного и быстрого прохождения таможни Вам необходимо предоставить полный пакет документов заранее.
